The Garden Party and AGM held on Saturday 30th August 2003 was a very successful day. 
The weather was kind to us. 

The chicken races proved very entertaining and we will be holding them again next year. A selection of birds took part - a Barred Plymouth Rock called Norman, Pekins, Brahma, and an Indian Game, but unfortunately the Indian Game experienced race nerves and never left the starting block. 

The overall winner was a Pekin cockerel owned by Silvana and Steve Richardson. 

We hope more of you will bring your birds along next year to take part.
