Members to
abide by the rules as laid down by the Poultry Club of Great Britain.

All
birds exhibited at the show must be in a fit and healthy condition.
Birds, which are found not to be in a fit and healthy condition shall
be removed to a quarantine area away from other members’ birds, and will
be disqualified.
- All birds shall be transported in suitable containers to the show.
- Exhibitors shall be responsible for providing food and water for their
birds. Drinkers are available on
request.
- No Late entries will be accepted.
- No entries will be accepted without payment.
- No Telephone entries will be accepted.
- No entries from children under 7 years of age will be accepted, except in
the infant handling class.
- No birds or exhibits shall be entered in duplicate classes.
- No leg rings except National Poultry Club rings shall be allowed.
- Juveniles entering any classes other than Juvenile shall pay adult
entrance fees.
- All entry forms shall state breed, colour and sex of all exhibits.
- Non-standard colours or breeds may only be exhibited in non-standard
classes. (Any non-standard colours shall be disqualified from relevant breed
classes.)
- Prior to or during judging no exhibitor shall approach the Judges. The
decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
- During judging no birds or exhibits shall be attended to.
- All Classes shall stand.
- Rosettes shall only be awarded to classes with five or more exhibits.
- A member of a breed club may only be awarded breed club specials.
- Until the show is finished no person shall remove birds from the show.
- Whilst taking reasonable care, the club cannot accept responsibility for
any loss or damage to birds, exhibits or equipment.
